School Starts!

Katie, Kelly and Matthew started school on August 6th. Though our summer has come to a close, we all look forward to the new school year and the many things we will all learn throughout the year. Kelly is in second grade in Mrs. Campbell's class. Matthew is in Kindergarten in Mrs. Jones' class.
They're off to a great start. Kelly has already past level 1 Math fact test and Matthew read 92 sight words and is going to first grade for reading with Mrs. Stauss (one of Mommy's best friends). It is sure to be a year full of memories and proud moments.
Emma is walking, Oh, I mean running now... She is at Miss Debbie's during the day and enjoys playtime with her buddy Gunnar!

Emma gives herself a standing ovation!

Emma is reaching milestones faster than Mommy can record. She has begun standing by herself this week. I think this is an amazing feat with each of my children. Emma's new actions were well recieved by her siblings! Kelly and Matt clapped, whopped and hollered their praises as she stood proudly! She then clapped until she plopped right back down on her bottom-- just to be pulled up again by her big brother!
